Getting my certificate? 

In order to receive a certificate, registrants must complete the entire session (watch video, pass post-test with a score of 75% or more within 3 attempts, and complete course evaluation). Course completion requirements include completing the full session and completing the CE evaluation. Certificates will be awarded at the close of the event; they will be sent by email 24 hours after receipt of the evaluation.

Participants need to have one of these supported system configurations CE Courses offered in a distance format (virtual) require one of the following system configurations: Windows 10+ (Latest Microsoft Edge, Firefox, or Chrome), Apple Mac OS 10.10+ (Latest Firefox, Safari, or Chrome), Android 9+ (Latest Chrome Browser), Apple iOS 12+ (Latest Safari Browser). If you are using an unsupported version of a Windows, Mac, or Linux operating system, you may experience difficulty in viewing and/or listening to the event. You will need to use one of the following internet browsers: Microsoft Edge (*Latest), Mozilla Firefox (*Latest), Safari (*Latest, Mac Only), Google Chrome (*Latest). You need a strong internet connection. Before you access the event, you should ensure that your browser is configured to stream media.  For Video events you will need a minimum Internet connection of 800 Kbps for an optimal experience. There are many things that can affect your playback experience, including: using mobile data, connection strength and speed, wireless connection strength, traveling while watching the webinar.

I agree to allow use of any images or declarations and waive all right to compensation or ownership of the materials.

 Elu Counseling, Consulting, and Coaching is required to have written, published policies and procedures for complaint and grievance management. This information is provided in full on our website and in summary format on attendance certificates and promotional materials.

1. The complaint or grievance must be submitted in      writing by participant, noting the full name and contact information for      the participant to ensure proper follow-up. This letter will be reviewed      by Elu’s CE Advisory Committee. Send written letter via https://eluccc.org/contact-us-1      or by US mail to 1101 W. 40th St., Unit 2225, Chattanooga, TN 37409, Attn:      Dr. Bobby Cook.
2. The participant will have the opportunity to      support his/her allegations by arguments however brief and, if need be, by      related supporting evidence. 
3. The response      decision is made by the CE Advisory      Committee in consultation with the CE Director. The decision takes into account various      perspectives on the situation and relevant facts. 
4. Information is shared from the findings with the Elu      leadership team to be utilized for improving future courses.
5. Elu will respond to the participant in writing      regarding the outcome of the response decision. 

Refund Request & Cancellation policy If Elu Counseling, Consulting, and Coaching decides to cancel the class, all registrants will receive a full refund. Through one-week prior to the event, registrants who need to cancel for any reason will receive a refund of 90% of their registration fee. Cancellation requests must be received no later than one-week prior to the event, by written request at https://eluccc.org/contact-us-1. Be sure to include your name, address and contact information as provided in your registration information. No refunds will be issued for any reason after the one-week prior to event deadline (7 calendar days). If there is an exceptional request, please contact Elu with a written request. Any exceptions to the no refunds after one-week prior to event policy are considered on a case-by-case basis and the decision of the training director, Kim Cook, is final. Refunds will be returned to the payee by check and sent by US mail within one week of the refund request.
