Counseling Resident/ Therapist
Constance provides telehealth therapy for individuals, couples, and families ages 6 and up. Known for her deeply intuitive and client-centered approach, Constance creates a safe, empowering space where healing feels possible, growth feels personal, and every part of you is welcome. Her practice is rooted in the belief that growth happens when therapy meets the real you, not a checklist.
Constance approaches therapy with a balance of clinical skill and human warmth, tailoring each session to meet her clients where they are. Her work draws from a range of integrative, evidence-based approaches, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Attachment-Based Therapy, and mindfulness-based practices. At the heart of her work is a belief in each person’s capacity to grow, heal, and reclaim their story—with support that feels both grounded and deeply attuned.
What sets Constance apart is her ability to tune into each client’s deeper story. She doesn’t offer cookie-cutter solutions—she crafts personalized, strategic care that aligns with your goals, honors your experiences, and helps you step into the most powerful version of yourself.
Whether you’re moving through pain, navigating relationships, or seeking meaningful change, Constance is committed to helping you get there with clarity, courage, and real progress. Constance is under the clinical supervision of Kim Cook, LCSW.
