She works with children of all ages and is trained in play therapy. Bobby works with organizations, ministers, professionals, and churches on issues related to leadership development, mentoring, program improvement,  planning, risk assessment, spiritual discipleship, and personal growth. He has a background in family ministry, children's ministry, youth ministry, recreation ministry, and preaching. He has served on numerous short-term and long-term mission trips. He is trained by the IMB in international mission trip leadership. He has experience in local and state level denominational leadership, including Board membership. His doctoral work focused on mentoring as a method of leadership development which he has written on and presents about to churches and groups.
