He has a background in family ministry, children's ministry, youth ministry, recreation ministry, and preaching. He has served on numerous short-term and long-term mission trips. He is trained by the IMB in international mission trip leadership. He has experience in local and state level denominational leadership, including Board membership. His doctoral work focused on mentoring as a method of leadership development which he has written on and presents about to churches and groups.

Caroline Rowlader is a Nationally Certified Counselor and Pre-Licensed Counseling Resident who has experience working with adults, couples, and groups experiencing a variety of mental health concerns, including relationship conflict, general anxiety, trauma, and stress. Caroline is currently accepting new self-pay clients and is under the supervision of Kim Cook, LCSW.
Caroline has additional training and continuing education experience in Dialectal Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy.
